I've no experience in mastering or proper mixing but I'm currently reworking this track as im hearing a lot of frequency issues amongst other things.

I often hear music in my dreams, but typically after waking you have a very short time to take note of what you heard before you begin to forget.
I had to improvise around the original recording and build upon it but the emotional content is still there.
