As you see, you cannot impose any restrictions by listing content as CC0.
This is something I completely missed and is also fantasic news! If only they could make details like this visible on the content page. I've used Pixabay in recent years as a source of inspiration and ideas, to think the whole time I could have used said texture as is. *sighs+*
