What is the ultimate status

What is the ultimate status of this track's licence status? Is it free/Public Domain, or not, because of the whole Soundation thing?

Here is a list of all the

Here is a list of all the materials I'm using for this project.

Note: When referring to an "RTP", it means that the default materials available in an RPG Maker editor are used. These are free to use, even in commercial games, when you have a license. Since there's no need to replace everything, I use whatever is fitting from the default settings.

Music and Sound Effects:

  • Level Select Theme and Cave Theme by Brandon Morris
  • Last Life (Boss Fight Theme) by Daniel Stephens
  • Level Up Sound (based of the healing track) by Brandon Morris
  • Wolf Growling and  Campfire Ignition Sound by Iwan Gabovitch
  • everything else is from the RPG Maker VX RTP

Graphics:

  • Facesets by Charles Gabriel
  • Field character sprites are from RPG Maker XP RTP
  • Combat character sprites are from Tales of the World: Narikiri Dungeon 3
  • Everything else is from RPG Maker VX Ace RTP

Before you ask: Yes, I'm using graphics from an existing, commercial game for the combat animations, however this is only for the demonstration video. I couldn't find any fitting graphics, so I improvised to show people what the combat animation system is capable of.
The final game will have other graphics for the combat of course.
