ive tried Graphx2 ,dont know if you have heard of this one... good pixel program. ,It works on Android to.. its sought of contained and emulator thing that can be executed on Android phone.
i inserted installed the lanapixel.png ,but no luck.

The fonts have to be translated from english to those fonts you have.. without using an Online translated because their system fonts.. does not allow you to select a type of font you have shown.
another thing .. programmers who design pixel applications dont have a translator..
you see its a difficult one.
once you translate you have to find a program that will use game fonts.
