I am willing to offer small starting Flat rate"
I can flak out few thousand, but not dozen thousand required for artist, i am very well aware what im getting my self intro. I will have to have conversation with applicants, that we will most likely have to fit in Marketplace arts where we can squeeze in to reduce the artists budget requirement.
There are simply some offers on marketplace an artist cannot compete with, fully modeled and textured environment for Sci/Fi scenario for like 150$. with 47 detailed objects, textured, light mapped etc.
I did concider hiring artists for each art piece one by one. But possible style missmatch would make the game look disjointed or plain awfull so i will try to find a suiting candidate
That is TL:DR of story, id say it's very vaguely written, but get's the point across.
Unreal Engine experience is a good thing not a requirement.
I have general good experience with newish artist, tho gotta pick inbetween ranks to find good ones.
Edit: You really got me thinking hard, but from past experience when i put exact hiring numbers for profesionals, amateur people jump to replay, and my inbox gets floded so hard with bad requests, so i wanted to try it differently, but wondering is it wrong to not put exact payment numbers?
Bump, updated Revenue model.
