I've finished a translation for Chinese in flare v0.18.
You can connect Clint Bellanger to get it and modify it for the comming v0.19.
If possible ,you can help find a font to fit Japanese and Chinese!This helps reduce the package。

The only problem is that i cannot find a free font that supports Chinese chars at present.
but I'm sure I can find one and your suggestions are welcomed.

and I'll finish alll soon .
