Hi All,

Hi All,

Thanks for your replies! I've been working on my next title while sorting out
admin on Chemystery.

Having checked out some other games I think a vector art style will be best. I thought it would be useful to attach some examples to this post.

I think a similar style would work well for chemystery with chemistry themed elements.

Hi Flofflewoffle,

Thanks for your feedback :)

I think there's a few areas that could be improved:

  • I've mixed vector art work with pixel art work - I think this creates an inconsitent look
  • The menus are pretty bland (just a colour gradient) and I'm not really good enough to create something interesting here myself
  • It would be really nice to emphasise the theme of the game by adding some chemistry related elements/decorations

In all honesty, I also need experience in reaching out and working with others.  I'd like to work on more ambitious games eventually but can't scale myself up.  I wanted to put something basic out there first to show that I am a good bet to work with.
