Thanks @William.Thomps! Not sure exactly where all the bits of inspiration came from entirely, but there's some Dante's Inferno and Todd McFarlane in there. For the tumors on the skin (not the spikes), I was thinking of David Lynch's Elephant Man. Other than that, it was just mostly free-drawing.
