The psd file contains all the individual parts. I set it up so most of them can match each other pretty well. The skin colors can be a problem though. If you have some basic photo editing skills you can probably make quite a few characters pretty quick. In the future, I will be adding more outfits, hairstyles, and skin colors. I found the current facial features to give quite a bit of variation. Some parts of the previewed pictures may not be contained in the psd as I built them as originals but then saved each piece for reuse. If you've seen grumbels work for naev I built off his work a little and you can tell for some of them, but only as a guide for characters already in the game. He doesn't have each individual piece as separate and reusable as mine.
