Nice work! Its not big deal 1 spent like $15. I will re submit the ones that are not using those art and report it to fiverr.com. Maybe i'll even get my $15 back!
Her's was the dragon and also the squire (first image).
The ones that are the larger images (the vampire and the tech looking guy) was purchased by another artist but he is no longer on fiverr it appears. His works looks much more unique but if necessary i can remove those images.
Thanks if you can verify that and everything is good. I will periodically purchase some goods from him and then upload it here for free to use. I will also send him a note of what is going to be used and to ensure that he is being diligent on that. If it comes that you can show he did copy or steal I will report him to fiverr.com. I cant give back with art but i can by purchasing it hah!
It appears that under their TOS the seller should ensure that they are not violating other license or TOS. And the copyright goes to the buyer of the product which would be me. I am an avid fan of RPG games and love art. I am currently making a game myself actually but love to give back to open communites.
Understandable completely. These were purchased via Fiverr.com and looking at their license it appears that the copyright and everything goes to me on purchase.
Here is an example of the transaction. I'm not sure how to verify that they didnt take RPG assets and modify them but how can you really verify that with any purchase you make? I do understand the hesitation though as we want to make sure no copyright infringement.
So I would need more detail and remove black lines?
Not sure what you mean?
Free to use however you want. just give me credit (if you want).
Sorry actually i dont care if you give credit. use it however you would like. It is optional though.
I removed the 10 sprites from looseleaf and left the remaining ones. Thanks for your help
