Thanks for pointing that out.I fixed the ugly border issue. I don't know why photoshop is doing this .My previous transparencies worked like a charm but lately i have been getting these glitches and ugly borders around my sprites.Will create 512px ships in the future.
I made it so that it looks like plastic toys . Maybe i will post more realistic looking ships in the future. I made these just for fun and decided to share them.

Thanks Charlie , Added a zip file which contains the separate sprites. Also added a new ground spike sprite.

Ugh ,Seems like my photoshop's settings has been tampered with again. But the white border should be gone now.
