Tried to make it, but it looks kinda cartoony, not "realistic" like you wanted, but with so few pixels to work with I'm not sure how to do motions that realistic. Hopefully it's ok.
I might make the entire game with this color palette. He's intended as the main character. I was thinking I might get a video of some very early footage up (it's only the 5th-6th day of development, but much of the code is based on my MLP game) - even though the game play contains nothing interesting yet, just running and jumping.
All the music pieces I made with the word "Hayden" in it, are also intended for this game.

Soul Eater animations.
The death animation looks quite good, I think. The hit animation was a bit harder, the flame is supposed to be flickering in that one.
Fixed that by just very quickly drawing a couple of lines, I'm not sure how good it looks.
I can also see that I made an oversight, his cape is supposed to have a vertical stripe down the middle :P

Your Soul Eater remade in different colors with a green flame, also made it a little bit less shaky.

I think this looks ok for a slashing animation, even though some frames are copypasted, but I don't know what you think.
