Yeah, I kind of butchered the editing process, which is why I suggested a method to do it yourself. I am too busy building a character generator for a game I will work on this summer. MS Paint will get rid of the alpha channel and replace it with white and allow you to edit the indvidual pixils, which you will probably need to do.
Kenny's vehicles does come will a full spritesheet and it matches pretty well with the set that fmonoz suggested.
Why don't you just take these http://opengameart.org/content/isometric-vehicles-1 from kenny and resize them to the size you want? You then you can just go over it in paint or something until you are happy with it.

Search a cc0 dirctory (such as pixabay or open clipart) find a picture of a dog you like and then use a program like paint or inkscape to do the patterning. I made this in 30 seconds:
No problem. I actually used the website listed on the openclipart page. I changed it to the one requested.

Item is tagged vector, but download is raster (png) If the vector file exists, would you mind uploading that too (svg or ai)
That's why I stick to 2-D. And I can't even do that well... :)
Concept reminds me of Recettear: an item shop's tale. I put over 50 hours on that thing... Captialisim, ho!
It maybe worth checking out how they did the shopkeeping mechanics. It's currently sitting at 97% approval on steam.
You can also find a nice pattern and write your name on it.
See example using artwork from GDJ, which you are free to use if you like it:
