All I know is that I paid an artist to take my idea and make it professional. He mentioned something about it being a matte painting. I'm not sure how he made it, I just know that I waisted 200 bucks on it for no reason.
I paid my freelance artist to create this. I'm not sure what she used to make it. I just know I have no use for it anymore haha.
