I'm sorry for the confusion you had with this license stuff. I wish we had an OGA license or something similar that would be very-very permissive.
In my case, as far as I remember, I took the most permissive CC license which allows you to do anything you want to (use as it is, modify or even sell) anywhere you want (commercial or non-commercial way). Although any Creative Commons license require you to make an attribution (credit) but in my case you can avoid doing this. Please, don't worry about credit or stuff like this. Simply enjoy the art!
Nah, I have no ideas actually. Thinking about something easy to do like a very-very simple logic game with colorful graphics and small amount of polys.
