Ive been planning a "Streets of Rage" / "Burning Knuckle" style scrolling shooter for quite a while. I have everything planned out of how it would work but although i can draw on paper Im not so good at computer graphics. And dont yet have enough money for a Graphics tablet.
Anyways thoughout my Search for help I came across this site and noticed your awesome graphics. would be an awesome base to start from. so with your permision i would love to try and create your game.
Awesome graphics. I would realy like to use these almost as is but for maybe a bombjack style game play. but im a little confused as these have already been used in a game already. Am I freely able to use these assets as I see fit without fear of repercussion?
