Ok, that wasn't so clear. On sites like conceptart and CGS 2D refers to hand drawn and 3D to computer generated imagery. IMHO it would have been better called 3D models. Anyway I uploaded the files, still they aren't low poly. I went for the looks not for the model.
You can pick any license you like. That the licenses themselves are different goes without saying.
