I made these some years ago. It was a lot of fun. Unfortunately, I was not able to create a game out of it. seems I'm better at modeling than programming :)

To be honnest I'm not sure. Im sure the author of the other package will say nope without thinking :P

What I know is that the general pixel size is about the same... not sure if the will match perfectly though vertically .
Also I think there is a slight difference in colors. as for compatible style... that is a matter of taste I guess.

I suggest you try it out. since both are free no harm is done by trying it out ;)
