Hi, just wanted to say first of all thank you for this template. Anatomy and figuring out just so the different movements just "feel" right can sometimes be a painstaker.

Since you made this first free template - and i was able to use it - i wanted to give this runsheet with arms included. Hope its ok. I will use this as a base in an upcoming game. Hope you are ok and best.
