Thank you very much, highly appreciate you all giving a newbie like me more information. Been chatting about it with Copilot as well. It seems the semi-copyright I'm searching for doesn't exist, I don't mind my designs being used commercially without credit, just as long as they enjoy the designs and love working it, then I'm fine.
I just don't how I would feel about somebody posting it somewhere and claiming that they designed it, taking full credit for the original design. Most likely it will sting a bit, but meh, I'll get over it. And just as long as they don't come at me with lawsuits, hahaha, that is what I fear the most, I mean I do have my source files I guess, well I've uploaded here now... Ah now I'm consfusing myself again. Though recently my SSD died and lost some files before I could upload it to my Google Drive, so I guess what I really mean is, as long as nobody sues me, then I'm fine.
I've recently got into game development and see there are a lot of free CC0 assets here, but I still want to design my own and I am following design guidelines and I'm enjoying it. 70x70 blocks on a layout, that could be used as template/sprite sheet inside Godot/Unity etc. Busy with my first game.
But I'll do more research regarding copyright, Copilot has been very helpful as well, I'll chat to some other AIs as well to see if all information the AIs are giving aligns.
This made my smile and chuckle a bit, thank you very much.

Again, you have my thanks for the information!
Finally figured it out, so what happens if someone takes this design and then copyright at a later stage? Is that possible?
