The binary is set for 2048x1024, if run without any commandline parameters it will generate a heightmap then pause. If provided a commandline parameter it will output the heightmap into output/[parameter]/hm.bmp then immediately close. For example run as:
heightmap.exe test
Would save the resulting heightmap as output/test/hm.bmp
It would be great if you could add a note on how you want to be attributed.
Also, there seem to be some issues with CC-BY and CC-BY-SA with regards to assets being put on, for example, the Apple store. I'm sure people would love to know if you are fine with them using your asset for games that will go on such stores (Apple Appstore, etc) since the license is unclear on if they can or not.
It probably wasnt :) All good and thanks!
Please add attribution instructions for the CC-BY license
To me CC-BY-SA is useless for the exact reason you mention, it's very unclear what the -SA actually means in relation to the "works"
For legal (and project safety) reasons I only use CC0 or CC-BY assets.
All of my submissions are CC-BY, credit/attribution is enough in my opinion.

Uncheck that, should work I think.

I agree with what's been said after my last post.
Especially on addictive gameplay not (always) equaling fun gameplay.
Define "better"?
Maybe I'm willing to sacrifice damage for some spell effect?
Maybe I want a slower but harder hitting weapon over a faster but weaker (per hit) one?
If the game decides what you should wear, you might as well remove equipment alltogether...
Oh I missunderstood, that's not highlighting, that's more a "quote" thing.
Neat, but I hardly see a reason to add a massive community splitting thing just so it becomes slightly easier to quote someone.
