I've hit a bit of a snag
Tuesday, April 23, 2024 - 16:40

I've hit a bit of a snag while auditing some of my older work that I originally wanted to include - many fonts I've found often allow for freely licensed usage in commercial works (ie. posters, logotypes, etc...), but DON'T allow for the raw fonts themselves to be distributed for commercial use. I don't plan on distributing the fonts themselves within these logo packs. Would it be a violation of OGA submission guidelines if the logos themselves were distributed, with the fonts rendered either as rasters or vector shapes rather than font/type layers? Not knowing a solid answer to this has been a blocker for me and I'd like OGA's stance on this matter.
