The game engine is my own written from a blank page.
The licence - our game is free to play but players can donate to cover costs which also gives them a small perk for like a month for their donation.
Alot of people say that is not commercial others say it is so i've no idea what it is considered to be.
We need the animations created with not too many frames ideally 20 ish per animation type. But we would need the project file so we can edit the clothing of the character etc.
The game itself has no name its months of being ready for people to play (but its online MMO).

Well i think i can make grass to sand tiles but sand to water im not so good at :P
