excellent! thanks for this.
thank you! I love the style.
pure gold!
Thank you for the tip.
I honestly didn't know texturing I so hard - I tried myself in blender, and I think I can do it. Will post the terribly ugly result later this week.
note: it would be easier for me if the texture is one big image per ship. rather then multiple materials / images per model.
unless that's a huge hassle. if i have one texture-image per ship, it would make my life a lot easier.
k - maybe now i'm asking for too much, not sure

beautiful. lots of details. i love it, really plays for the strenghts of water color.
@hc yes i've been thinking they could be used for any kind of technical instrument.
any idea on where to get more and different displays, dials, etc that fit these here.
great stuff!
i like those sketchy, super simple more then the detailed stuff. it's easier to work with for art-noobs like me.
i guess most of you have read this on freegame forum :)
well a new version is out and i'm not shy to advertise it. the feedback from the other forum helped grow it.
if you haven't clicked since last time this thread was updated: big changes ahead. http://apps.gamejs.org/newutopia/
cool!
i liked the second half more. it takes about 1 min until i see GUI and the environments shown after that are more varied and detailed. maybe cut some of the indoor scenes earlier or one of the dialog examples!
