I have downloaded some landscape photos from BurningWell, and i figured that some of them are well suited for game loading screen landscape image, so i did dry brush filter on them then resized to 1024x768 and did some gaussian blur so now it looks like painted. I think that they can be used for in game painting object as well, although when they are smaller size they still look like a photo to me. I included the original photos in the 7zip file.
