Description:

A stetson cowboy hat sprite created for Cabbit & LPC character bases.

This was made specifically for Cabbit bases. But I laid it out for LPC as well. For that reason, the angle of the hat on the E/W frames doesn't match LPC well. But I will eventually edit it to make it look better.

TODO: Add sets for attack, magic, hurt, etc.
