Consistency with Style:
Seems to match the style pretty well!
Quality and Skill:
The character is the strongest part of this submission, though the house extensions also look fairly good. With all those cool gears it's too bad there's not more movement animations.
Quantity:
Nice that there's both some stuff to build buildings here with and some parts. Not really a complete universe and it's too bad the character is restricted to just walkcycles. Otherwise nice.

Judge's Opinion:
This character has one of my favorite designs of all submissions. The artwork is quite good though I wish in some ways that it was more fleshed out. Great entry though!
