New Updated Generator

Besides the new UI/UX, some new features:
- Zoom sliders
- Optional transparency checkered background
- Replace mask (pink) is now toggled on and off via a checkbox and applied automatically
- Credits and attribution section now shows exact filenames
- Import / Export to clipboard saves / restores more state.
Technically, we've removed jQuery and lodash, added ES6 modules, and used the Mithril.js framework.
You can view the previous version for a short time (I think 90 days) at https://old-version--liberatedpixelcup.netlify.app for comparison.

The generator has been rewritten for on-the-spot color conversions based on palettes which allows us to reduce the overall file size of the ULPC while also adding even more color variants. So far, only body and eye colors are supported. Support for more categories will be coming over time.

I'm going to be gradually adding support for more assets as I have time. Probably going to start adding the next couple in the next week.
Main thing that will cause problems if the assets color variations weren't prepped yet, which may delay some assets until I can clean them up. I should be able to do hair assets and my already cleaned up clothing assets pretty easily, though, which is what I'll be focusing on next.

Thanks to new tooling and front end infrastructure work, I was able to get the ULPC generator to partially load most of the site very efficiently. Compare left to right in the gif attached.
