Making existing code available

Just a bit of background: I'm a busy person: new daddy, professonal developer, and more. I get maybe 30 minutes to play a day, so a one month time limit isn't going to work for my entry (if I complete one).

Given that, how, specifically, should I make my code available at the begining of the contest provided I start now? I don't have a problem with someone playing with what I've written. I just want to kow how I'm supposed to make my project officially available. Right now, the rules just say "available", meaning I could post my files to my own personal web server and not say anything. Technically, they are available. You could Google them. But you'd have to know explicitly to look. That doen't seem very fair to me.

You have to inform the contest judges of your existing code a week in advance of the contest, at which point we'll post it somewhere that the other entrants can see it.  This is in the Draft rules post, which I'll be putting into the main rules shortly:
