A new version of SQUONT8 with full ASCII support/compatibility (including lower case).

This is based on SQUONT8NG, but most new characers are lost. Instead it brings  back the additional characters from SQUONT8. First row is blank and reserved for control characters.

It does't look great if diacritics are on a block above lower case characters, but it's possible to merge characters. Diacritics always use only the last two lines and lower case characters have the first two lines blank. i and j are one pixel higher for the same reason, they already have a diacritic dot that could be overwritten.
