Hi, could I use your sound for a commercial game?
And if you agree, could I use the sound under the licence CC-BY-SA 3.0? and how I should attribute your work?

No need to ask. CC-BY and CC-BY-SA allow for commercial use. :)

Just include my name in the credits (and release any modifications to the sound as CC-BY-SA, per the requirements of the license).
