I assume these are not actually from any mario brothers game, correct? If so, it would be a copyright problem. If not, would you be willing to change the filenames to omit "mario brothers" and change the title to indicate this is reminiscent of mario brothers sound effects? Otherwise, this may have trademark issues since Mario Bros is a trademarked term in this context.
