[LPC] New Wing Animations for ElizaWy's Bat/Feathered Wings (UPDATED 9/23/24: added more frames, Nilla's Lizard Wings)

Added Combat Animations for Eliza's wings, as well as tweaked/adjusted the existed frames. I also more accurately tested some of the other animations to make cleaner animations on some frames.
The fourth set of animations I added here is Eliza's basic slash animation. It is not included in the zip file, only the wings are.
I added new frames for the Bat Wings as well. Among them, during the combat animations I added them "shifting" from a side view to a front view (for the "south" facing combat animation). In addition, I added some new frames to the "side" animations as well. This is to try and make the shift look a bit smoother.
In addition to Eliza's Wings, though, I also have added in Nilla122's lizard wings to all frames as well:

I did not create new frames for these animations, I just fit the existing frames to all animations to the best of my ability.
These lizard wing assets were updated to include OGA-BY as a license. As such, these are safe to be included in this release. However, my updates to these assets also support CC-BY-SA 3.0 as these were originally released by Nilla122 in that license.
In addition to keeping the original skin tones only, I also have "alt colors" available for Nilla122's lizard wings for more variety, and the ULPC supports these as separate from body colors so you can mix-and-match.
There are no child animations for these just yet. I would need to reduce the size of all frames to fit the child models better, and once I resize I'd need to clean them up which is a lot of extra work. I may do it eventually, but I'm not prepared to do it just yet.

ElizaWy (DeathsDarling) has some really great wing designs over at her LPC Revised repository:

However, these assets were never converted to most base animations, only existing on idle, walk, emote, and sit.
I went ahead and added all these animations to the the ULPC animations and converted the palettes to the ULPC palettes as well, already available on the Universal LPC Spritesheet Generator:

Most of the existing frames came straight form ElizaWy's assets, but I did create some new frames. The feathered wings "run" animations have the wings opening and closing, to bridge the gap between two of the frames Eliza previously created. I also created a couple of bridge frames for the bat wings opening.
The following base animations have the wing assets here:
- Cast
- Thrust
- Walk
- Swing
- Shoot
- Down
- Idle
- Jump
- Run
- Revised Run (Eliza's run animations are slightly different...)
- Sit
- Climb
The "Bat" wings (which also resemble what I would consider "Dragon" wings) were also added to the "Lizard" set so there's skintone variations of these assets in addition to hair color tones. Otherwise, the feathered and bat wings are all available in all hair colors.
I would have liked to create a proper "wing flap" animation, but that wound up not happening here. Perhaps at some point I'll create those animations. The jump assets I think could have worked well for this, but ULPC primarily uses 64x64 while Eliza's wing frames are 128x128. I had to condense these wings down to fit.
