I simply couldn't find any transparent "One Ring to Rule Them All" texts in Elven, so I decided to make on transparent myself. Good to use if you are making a Lord of the Rings themed game.

And since I'm a Tolkien nerd, it's technically Tengwar Annatar AKA "Sauron's Black Speech", a distant derivative of Elvish. :)
