Looking good! You should upload the texture with it too. As for formats, FBX is very versitile but people also generally use OBJ, 3DS and X. OBJ would be perfect for this model since it pretty much only contains polygons and texture mapping data.

If you could triangulate it before export, that would be an added bonus for some game engines.

Thanks :) Yes, sorry about that. I've included the texture in the newest revision. I will try to export obj and upload a new version if I am successful.
