I found this on Adobe Stock. The same person has a number of other pixel-art food available for licensing on Adobe Stock.
I'm not super knowledgeable about licensing things but it seems kinda wrong if so?
Actually, being Public Domain I don't think it's illegal, a little bit immoral, but not illegal.
