Art: cwebber -- Animated Coins
Submitted by cwebber on 10 September 2012 - 1:34pm
Art Submission:
Score:
42
Consistency with Style:
Matches the style guide nicely
Quality and Skill:
Well executed for what it is
Quantity:
Well, it adds coins, which are useful, but in comparison to a lot of other entries doesn't add nearly as much
Submission Format:
PNG, so that's good
Judge's Opinion:
I guess I have a certain amount of fondness for this entry despite being very much so on the smaller side of submissions. A coin set is definitely needed for LPC style things, and the way the shine is executed is really nice. I also like that it's a Blender-assisted entry and that it was one of the first entries I saw to LPC. That said, a lot of the other entries provided a ton of things, and this just provides a coin. So great for what it is, but there's not much of it.
