Consistency with Style:
These don't fit in very well with the style, given the use of color gradients and the fact that they appear to have been made at a higher resolution and then shrunk.
Quality and Skill:
Cute, but not really up to par skill-wise with some of the other entries.
Quantity:
Minimal.
Submission Format:
PNG, but with antialiasing and not a solid background, meaning that the sprites can't be used as-is.
Judge's Opinion:
This is a small entry that doesn't really fit the art style and can't be used as-is without being cleaned up first.
