Following the good reception my Isometric Trees Collection had, many people keep asking if it's easy to release animated versions of these trees.

The answer is not exactly simple. For one, it takes a very long time to animate, tweak and render, time that i do not currently have.

Secondly it's pretty much impossible to loop said animation. The only way to do it, that i know of, is a so called ping-pong method.

Basically play the animation normally, then reverse it (play it backwards) back to frame 0. Not the ideal solution, but it gets the job done.

With that said, this is a WIP isometric tree with 30 frames of animation and if all goes well and depending on popularity, i might decide to do another one, when and if i find the time.

Feel free to use however you wish, as long as you respect the License.

I'm interested in knowing what you guys think, comment below and let me know.

Hey, this is good.  Such a big animation takes a lot of work.  The ping pong method gets the job done (not ideal like you said) but cuts the work in half since you don't have to make another 30 frames to return the tree to it's origional position.  I may play with the frames but I think it's good enough as is. Anyways good work, thanks for sharing.

The tree animation is pretty cool. It would be much easier to load the Sprite into after effects and do a quick gentle sway motion back and forth.  There are numerous ways to achieve this in after effects and shouldn't take more then a few minutes to do. I would do it but I don't have after effects anymore. My Adobe cs 5.5 production premium stopped working with updated version of Mac OS. So I had to switch to Adobe cc and now I only have photoshop and Lightroom.
