6 unique houses to fill some space, textures ya can use and reuse for your own creation,

i split it into 4 parts and ya gon have to reapply prop trim textures and surface dirt to the blend file, should be easy if ya have node wrangler enabled (ctrl+shift+t on the principled bsdf and look for the textures) but if not then manually drag and drop them down to the shader work space

theres a custom shader that separates BRGBW values of vertex color, ya can do painting stuff in the sculpt mode, its for  terrains and all that masking stuff
