This is the 3TD Fantasy Ruins Pack by Ron Kapuan that I imported into Blender 4.3.1 and matched up the textures (both diffuse and normal) the best I could with a basic diffuse shader (and diffuse with transparency shader). The textures are packed into the .blend.

*I deleted the lower detail LOD and collision meshes as I didn't need them for my purpose.

The .blend has Cycles as the render engine but it's compatible with Eevee as well.

I'm not sure how to specify an author so to be clear I didn't make the actual assets, I just converted them usable in Blender.

This is based on the work by Ron Kapuan which can be found here:

"I'm not sure how to specify an author so to be clear I didn't make the actual assets"

The author can be specified in the "Copyright/Attribution Notice" section. See https://opengameart.org/content/faq#q-how-to-credit for an example of the preferred way to give attribution in this situation. However, CC0 doesn't require attribution, so this is not required in this case. I still recommend doing so, but it's your decision.

I did that but I'm confused as to how this works, I want to specify the author by putting that no on "is this your own work" but I get an error saying I must specify the author but I don't see any place to do so. I apologize if I'm missing something but I'm not seeing a field to enter an author.

You're not missing anything, I understood that part about the author field. It is a known bug. Until it is fixed, the best way to attribute the author is as I stated above. Specifically:

Ohh okay, my bad. I wasn't sure what you meant/didn't know it was a bug (I thought there was supposed to be a field to enter an author's name but for whatever reason it wasn't showing up on my end). I'll update it with that! Sorry about that.
