Cool backgrounds, but there's no licensing information...
They're under a "give it your own license license". That's the new license we came up with for Nooskewl open source/assets.

I think this is something that we missed in the license cleanup. We had a few BSD and zlib licensed assets, and I had thought we'd gotten permission to relicense all of them as CC-BY. Please refrain from using this until we can get an official word on it.
