Loop I made I can see being played on a loading screen. You can use it for whatever, but I pictured a futuristic type fps would suit this best.
Update Feb 10 2012. I decided to remix and remaster this piece to a point that I think sounds better.
The original and remaster with both be up.

very nice! I imagine an dark cyberpunk fps-rpg when listening :)
I like it.
Excellent! Love it!
Excellent work!
GTA4 Tbogt's menu loop is one of the best waiting tracks I've been listening to much lately. Also GTA4's loading track...
Not sure why I'm spamming you with this info :)
Do you have any idea who composed them?
According to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Grand_Theft_Auto_IV_soundtrack#Opening_cred... they appear to be remixes of the GTA soundtrack.. Michael Hunter

I wish I knew what happened to Craig Connor. He was my favorite rockstar games composer. I beleive he did some of the older GTA stuff.
Apparently he switched from composer to producer (according to IMDB).

What a good choice :P. I feel he has a little of me in him. I believe thats what all my favorite game composers do. After they hit their prime they usually become producers in that company. Which makes sense since they were the first ones to create a style for their company that they become the people that can duplicate the style with other composers.
Hey there HaelDB!
I've used your ridiculously great tune in my puzzle game Slide, thank you for providing a hopeless-with-music developer with your fine craft!
I really aprecciate it sir. :) keep up the good fight. If you need me to do a number or polish up the one you used just let me know. Its good to make it as presentable as it can be for your project. I know its slightly old, so there is something cleaning up I could prob do with it.
That won't be necessary man, it's pretty much great as it is. I sent you a PM if you'd like to check it out yourself and see how well it fits for it's purpose :D
I really liked it and used it for the menu in my game Steal the Loot.
The Credit is in the Credits page (? from the menu screen).
Thanks a lot,
Vincent
Links ;
Hey! I used your piece for my game's menu. It is a graduation project. I've given you credit in the about section. I was going to give the link, but apparently it counts as spam (I'm new here, I'll learn the rules). I can send a link if you like. Cheers! :)
I've been working on an assignment for my college and the theme is meant to be space cowboys, however I went for a more mysterious vibe and I think this works so well as the background music instead of loading screen music! Thank you so much for making this and letting other people use it!
What are the restrictions that come from the combination of the CC0 and OGA-By 3.0 licenses? Does the OGA-By 3.0 as the more restrictive license take precedence? I'm knew to this site and licenses in general so I apologize for my ignorance.
It is public domain now.
@vault dweller: as HaelDB said, it is just CC0 now, so it's moot for this example, but for future reference, see https://opengameart.org/content/faq#q-multilicense
There is no precidence between several licenses listed; you get to pick the one you want to use. This is useful for developers wanting to keep assets under a specific license; they are able to pick the license that matches their project.
Cool thanks! I love this music and am excited to use it; just wanted to make sure I gave all the necessary credit!
Heya Man... Ledgend!
I am working on a zombie game, few more issues to iron out then I will be rolling out on mobile.
You think this is sutiable? Got something else you would rather recommened?
You can check out the browser version if you'de like, bit slow, but still the exact same game.

I believe credit where credit is due, so I added your name on startup (like I say will be the same for mobile), let me know if you perfer not to/what to use something else.
Take care.
Cool :)
I've used this music in a game I made for a game design course!

This is very nice, I'm going to use it as the theme for my game's main menu.
So which of the 2 files is the remastered one?
I guess b423b42.wav?
Nice music. I'm planning to use this for the menu of a puzzle game I am working on. Will send you a link once it's ready. Thanks!

Hey! Wanted to let you know we used this track for a video game we made for the LudumDare50 game jam (a bi-yearly competition to make a video game in just 72 hours)! Thanks so much for sharing this great piece of art for others to use, it really improved the atmosphere and mood of our game world.
If you are curious to play the game, here is a link to play directly in your browser:

We used your track for the break room. Its the first room when you load the game.
Thanks again!
Thanks, I used it in my card game here as background miusic: https://github.com/mtav/QNO_GUI
