First of all, WOW! These are incredible! Second, I recommend that you separate your tag list by commas, so it's not all one long tag. Finally, I think you'll have to remove Gandalf, because as great as it is, people might get in legal trouble for intellectual property infringement if they used it in their commercial game. I think the rest are okay, and again, REALLY top notch!

Rename it wizard.jpg and what's the issue? I would hope "man with long white hair and robes" isn't copyrighted, otherwise loads of RPGs and other fantasy media are out of luck (it could just as well be dumbledore).
mdwh is right. Renaming it from Gandalf to something generic will suffice.
