I imagine an arrow hitting something might kind of sound like this.. maybe. Or maybe an arrow being shot? Hm.
Based on remaxim Vibrating Plastic, which is gpl2+/ccbysa3+ licensed.
What I did is normalize -2, bass boost a lot and some fadein/-out at start/end :)

They sound more like the twang of a bow being shot than of an arrow hitting to me, but they are great all the same.

You can basically do whatever you want with the asset. All you have to do is give credit and share any new remixed sounds you make under the same terms. Not your whole game, just the modified sound file. How is that horrible and restrictive?
