Someone correct me if im wrong but the two licences here are not compatible with each other?
I meant it as you can use either or. Not both at the same time.

What I mean by incompatible is, for example, CC BY would require the end user to give appropriate credit where as CC0 does not.
I feel some people wishing to use your content maybe confused between the two and potentially put off. Why not make it solely CC0 as this license fits what your essentially asking for. :)
Well there's not a huge difference between the two, and this definitely isn't the first time it's happened. A large portion of OGA assets have multiple licenses to choose from.
The two licenses are compatible with each other. There is no issue with having both. In fact, having both makes the asset easier to find when someone is searching by specific license.
