When saving the small thumbnail, i get a picture of 1366x624 pixels, so don't worry, you'll get a full resolution image.
About the copyright, all art created with Silk is licenced under creative Commons.
I'd like to have it textured, but i'm really bad at it. So if anyone feels like texturing it, go ahead.
