I did a couple test searches and the results look better now. Solr still needs to be set up, but this should do in the meantime.

I did indeed. :)
Due to some changes I made to the way indexing worked (like forcing tags into the index), the whole thing needed to be rebuilt. It ended up taking like 10 hours.
