I'll take "Earthbound" as a compliment. I've never played it and thus I've never heard the OST at all. Now I'm listening to it haha. It's pretty fun. I'm also really thankful that you liked my composition. Keep an eye for more tunes in neear future. ;)

Not really, there was no inspiration in particular to be honesst. Just I usually sing basic melody and then develop it in the DAW after. This was same thing. I do like Zelda score of course but I'm more of a fan of Joe Hisaishi, Kenji Kawai, Ruichi Sakamoto, Kenji Ito and some other Japansese composers. I'm also trying to find a way to connect with game developers to try to compose for games as well as do sound design.
