Thank you qubodup! I had no idea bitbucket defaulted to private thank you for pointing this out. That would have been a nasty bug.

While-it-is-fun is my exact approach. I hope that at the end of things a fun game appears.

  1. The button colors are a hold over from the programmer art. Before the current buildings everything was colored squares with a letter inside. They will get updated when the buildings get updated.
  2. A perfect way of doing it. I think it should give the game an alive feel while still being simple to implement. I want the player to feel sad when a house turns to rubble due to starvation. A nice thing is that css3 makes the animations easy to write and fast to run.

The orthogonal vs isometric issue is the exact reason why I am so excited about LPC. All the current art of OGA that would work is isometric and I would like to avoid writing isometric support.

If any artists are reading: a farm would be very useful and I think would fit the LPC style very well.
